In the event that Orisys Academy cancels a course for any reason, enrolled students are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid, without any deductions.
a. Firstly, if a student withdraws from a course within 2 days of enrollment, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
b. Secondly, if a student withdraws from a course after 14 days of enrollment but before the course commencement, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the fees paid.
c. Lastly, no refunds will be provided for students who withdraw after the course commencement or for those who fail to attend classes without prior notification.
To request a refund, students must submit a written request to [email address] within the specified timeframes mentioned above. The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date of receiving the request. Subsequently, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the policy’s scope. The final decision rests with Orisys Academy’s management.
